Strategic Ventures is a registered trade name (DBA) of Strategic Move, LLC. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Strategic Move, LLC, doing business as Strategic Ventures. “You” means the person who uses the site.

The content on this site is general business information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. For legal and tax questions, talk to a qualified attorney or CPA.

Our services

This site describes our services. It is not an offer to do work at a set price. Work starts only after you approve a written scope and a fixed quote. That written agreement controls the work. If it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement wins.

A free consult does not make you a client, and it does not make you or us agree to anything.

How you can use the site

You can use this site to learn about us and to contact us. You must not:

Break the law when you use the site
Try to get into parts of the site or our systems that are not public
Send so many requests that the site slows down or stops
Send false information, or information about another person without their permission
Copy content from the site to sell it or to send spam

Our content

The text, design, logo, and graphics on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You can view the site and share links to it. Do not copy our content for business use without our written permission. The names and images in our portfolio belong to their owners.

What you send us

You keep ownership of what you send us. You let us use it to reply to you and to prepare a quote. Do not send secret or sensitive details through the contact form. If you need to share them, ask us to sign a nondisclosure agreement first.

Links to other sites

This site links to sites that we do not control, such as Calendly and the sites in our portfolio. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

We work to keep this site correct and available. But we give the site “as is.” We do not promise that it is free of errors or that it is always available.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from your use of this site. This limit applies to the site only. Your written agreement with us sets the terms for paid work.

Governing law

Washington State law governs these terms. Any dispute about the site goes to the state or federal courts in King County, Washington.
