This page tells you what information we collect on strategicventures.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
Strategic Ventures is a registered trade name (DBA) of Strategic Move, LLC. We are based in Normandy Park, Washington. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Strategic Move, LLC, doing business as Strategic Ventures.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, you give us:
- Your first name, and your last name if you add it
- Your business name, email address, and phone number, if you add them
- Your message
Capsule CRM runs our contact form. What you send goes to Capsule, which stores it for us. Capsule also receives your IP address when the form loads.
When you email us, we get your email address and what you write.
Information collected automatically. Our web host keeps standard server logs. A log line can show your IP address, your browser type, the page you asked for, and the date and time. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Cookies and analytics. This site does not use cookies, analytics, or ad tracking today. If we add them, we will update this page first.
Booking a call. Our “Book a free consult” buttons open Calendly. Calendly collects what you enter there under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share your information only in these cases:
- With companies that help us run the site and the business, such as our web host, our form service, and our email provider. They can use it only to do that work for us.
- With people you ask us to work with, such as your attorney or your CPA.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- If we sell or reorganize the business. The new owner must follow this policy.
How long we keep it
If an inquiry does not become a project, we delete it after 2 years. If you hire us, we keep project records for as long as tax and business law requires.
How we protect it
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, such as secure connections and access limits. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise complete security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to other sites, such as Strategic Move, Calendly, and the sites in our portfolio. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is large, we also show a notice on the site.
